Two sharp inhales through your nose
One slow exhale through your mouth
Repeat 3–5 times.
This reduces pressure and creates clarity.
2. Identify What’s Driving the Pattern
Ask:
What am I believing right now?
What feels familiar about this?
This helps you see what’s underneath.
3. Shift from Pressure to Alignment
Instead of:
“I need to figure this out”
Try:
“You can take one step at a time”
“You don’t have to force this”
This changes how you approach action.
4. Take One Aligned Action
Not from pressure.
From a calmer, clearer state.
This creates different results.
5. Let Progress Count
Pause long enough to notice:
What’s working
What’s changed
What you’ve already done
This builds momentum.

You feel less pressure
You take clearer action
You see progress more easily
You feel like you’re actually moving forward
Not because you’re doing more…
But because you’re doing it differently.
